"Ginamit ko lang yung strategy na wag magmabilis sa simula ngunit panatilihing nasa mataas na posisyon at saka lang kumarera pagkatapos ng last meter" Ulboc said.

Ulboc led as a second placer in the 1st and 2ndlap to save his fuel for a surprising conclusion of the game.

He waits for his rivals to get exhausted before he bursted to dethrone his opponents.

In the last 30m, he accelerated for the throne to surpass his opponents as he fueled himself to take a boost.
